Join in on an online event to partake in Louise Hay’s "21 Days To Heal Your Life” from her book, MIRROR WORK. Louise Hay was and international best selling author, motivational speaker and teacher of personal growth and self-healing.

I will be hosting three online meetups as group support as we complete the 21 day course with the intention of transforming our lives by simply looking into a mirror. Louise sets us up with daily affirmations, journaling promts and meditations. The use of the mirror is appropriate as Venus the planet of Love, Beauty, Harmony and Self-Worth turns retrograde in the sign of Aries on March 1, 2025 for forty days. This is a time to deeply turn within and plant seeds toward our own self-healing and self-love.
